Contact me with any questions about canine massage or to book

Contact me to arrange an appointment for your dog or with questions about how Canine Massage Therapy can help your dog.

I can be contacted by telephone, email or Facebook messenger via my Facebook business page:

Emma Burt - therapist at EBCMT

If I do not answer the telephone when you call, please leave a message including your name, number and your dog’s name. Also, if making a new enquiry, please give your dog’s breed, age and condition.

I aim to respond promptly, but very occasionally it may take up to 2 business days.

Cancellations

To cancel an existing appointment please telephone or text me if possible. Otherwise, please email with a heading of Cancel. As this ensures I will see this message promptly.

Download a vet consent form

You fill in the top third of the vet consent form with your details and your dogs details. After that give the form to your vet to complete the bottom part.

We need this because I cannot massage your dog without a fully completed form signed by you and your vet.

Hugo is a 13 yr old golden Labrador. Despite long daily walks, the muscles in his back legs have become wasted and weak. This caused him to have difficulties as his right leg dragged. Since having regular massages, he now walks more evenly with a certain spring in his step when encountering other dogs. He is moving more easily and it has improved his quality of life. Not only that, Hugo really enjoys the massage, is totally relaxed and falls asleep on Emma regularly.

Elderly labrador enjoying canine massage

I have completed the 2 year Clinical Canine Massage Practitioner Programme. This course is externally accredited by Lantra® via the Canine Massage Therapy Centre. I am also a proud member of the Canine Massage Guild. Insured for professional indemnity and public liability through Balens Ltd.

I always abide by the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Exemptions Order 2015. Due to this, I would never work on a dog without veterinary consent.

See the Canine Massage page for more details of conditions that can be helped by this therapy.
